We offer customized training sessions on every aspect of lighting control, from design and programming to the installation and operation of controllers, service, and maintenance. Designers, engineers and contractors can receive system training, in-person at our fully equipped Service Center or from any Internet-capable PC via convenient Web-based video instruction.

The best warranty in the industry

All Marlin Controls products are tested at the highest possible standards. Each unit is tested at full capacity with all controllers and accessories. Marlin Controls products include a three-year warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor. This limited warranty does not cover improper installation, water damage, improper use of the equipment, or damages caused by natural disasters. There is no charge for the parts covered by the limited warranty. There is a charge for non-warranty items accordingly. There is also a charge for defective parts if they are not returned within three weeks to Marlin Controls, regardless of whether they are in or out of warranty. All defective parts must be returned to RMA department with the RMA form and return RMA label. Contact us by e-mail or call 214 553-5700 x201 to file a warranty claim. All replacement parts are shipped economy via FedEx. We can also ship overnight at customer’s expense.
