.....Marlin Controls products include a three-year warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor. This limited warranty does not cover improper installation, water damage, improper use of the equipment, or damages caused by natural disasters.There is no charge for the parts covered by the limited warranty.
.....There is a charge for non-warranty items accordingly. There is also a charge for defective parts if they are not returned within three weeks to Marlin Controls, regardless of whether they are in or out of warranty. All defective parts must be returned to RMA department with the RMA form and return RMA label.
