Echo® gives
you unprecedented control over your in-home lighting. It is easy to use
and easy to set up. It saves energy. It is designed with the user in mind.
Echo® is the simplest, smartest way yet to manage your lights. Controller
is designed to be easy to use. With only one switch, you can raise/lower
and turn on/off your lights. Plus, you can store and recall determined
settings at the touch of a button.
The Echo Dim® also comes in three colors to fit the
style of your home: white, black, and almond white.

Echo
Home Access®. The Echo Home
Access® has inputs that allow the Echo Command Center® to interface
with your garage door, security/fire alarm system, and an outdoor photocell
sensor. You can then have your system light up your pathway when you arrive
home or flash your lights on and off when the alarm goes off. With the photocell
option, you can activate a preset whenever the ambient light outside hits
a certain level, so you'll always have the right balance of indoor and natural
light inside your house. The Echo Home Access® also includes a modem
connection, so you can control your home lighting from virtually any remote
location. |

Echo
Command Center®. When you want even
more control, consider the Echo Command Center®. It lets you create
a time schedule, so that presets come on automatically. That way, you
may never have to touch a light switch again.
Available in wall mount and portable. High resolution
color touch screen LCD display available by second quarter of 2002,

Remote
Keypad. With Remote Keypad you can
manually turn exterior lights ON and OFF any time.

External
Modem. External Modem can connect your
Echo Home Access® from a remote PC anywhere, anytime using your telephone
line. |

Photocell.
The Echo Controls Photocell® is used
to measure the intensity of foot-candle light inside or outside of a house.
The Photocell can measure light levels from 0%, or near-total darkness to
a brightness of 100%. These measurements are used to activate preset lighting
management control systems. |

|
Occupancy
sensor (optional, by "Novitas").
An occupancy sensor can be connected to each Echo Dim®, so the lights
will turn off when a room is unoccupied. When movement is sensed in the
room again, the Echo Dim® reverts to the last active preset. |

|
|
Handheld
Remote Control. Change
your lights without getting out of the bed. RF signals allow handheld
transmitter to control lighting at distances up to 250 feet from
the Echo Dim®.

|
PC
Interface. Part is what
makes the Echo Dim® so powerful is its two-way wireless communication
capability. With it, you can control the lights in your entire house from
your computer. It lets you recall presets, set presets, and access other
advanced feature.. |
